Invited guests and third-party contractors

All guest lecturers, vendors, third-party contract workers, external parties participating in trainings or programs, and other invited guests defined as “covered non-affiliates” in the UC COVID-19 Vaccination Program Policy must comply with UCLA’s health and safety requirements, including universal indoor masking while on campus and the completion of UCLA’s Symptom Monitoring Survey before coming onto campus.

In addition, non-affiliates should be prepared to verify their vaccination status or to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours before entering campus areas or buildings to which they have been invited.

COVID testing: Affiliates on campus for more than one day

Those non-affiliates who will be on campus for more than one day will be required to complete COVID-19 testing, as outlined in our Community Screening Protocol.

Individuals can access a self-administered test at 300 Bradley Hall or another test distribution site on campus. More information is available on the Ashe Center’s COVID-19 testing page.

Please note: Delivery personnel and workers involved in similar activities must wear masks when entering UCLA buildings but are not subject to symptom monitoring or testing requirements, even though they may be making deliveries to multiple buildings over the course of a day.
