For schedules and ticketing information for UCLA athletic events, both on and off campus, please visit the UCLA Central Ticket Office. Athletic events are now permitted without capacity or physical distancing limitations but are subject to state, county, local and NCAA health and safety requirements. Current guidelines and protocols are below.

UCLA football: Rose Bowl Stadium

All guests attending UCLA football games at the Rose Bowl Stadium, including children age 2 and up, are required to wear an appropriate face covering both when arriving at the venue and inside the stadium. Face masks can be removed only when attendees are actively eating or drinking.

From Oct. 7 on, by order of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, all attendees age 12 and older at any Rose Bowl event with more than 10,000 in attendance will need to verify that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours. Individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and those under isolation or quarantine orders should not approach or enter the stadium.

Tests: Both PCR and antigen tests are acceptable. Attendees must present a printed document, or an email or text message displayed on a phone, from the test provider or lab. The information should include their name, the type of test performed and the negative test result.

Ticketing: In an effort to ensure the safety of fans on gameday, tickets and parking permits are now being distributed digitally. Guests are asked to access their tickets digitally and present them on a smartphone to enter the stadium. (If you are unable to access tickets on a smartphone, please log into your account and reissue your tickets via the print-at-home delivery option.)

Season ticket holders can access their tickets and parking through the UCLA Bruins app, which is available for free through the App Store of Google Play Store. All others purchasing tickets will receive at email from cto@tickets.ucla.edu containing a link to their tickets. For questions, please contact the Central Ticket Office at the above email address or call 310-825-2946.

Other athletic events

Additional UCLA athletic events taking place outdoors will also allow for full seating capacity for the 2021–22 season, including soccer games at the Wallis Annenberg Stadium and men’s water polo games at the Spieker Aquatics Center. For more information, visit UCLA Athletics.

Attendees at all in-person UCLA athletic events must adhere to current health and safety rules, including special protocols for indoor events with more than 1,000 attendees and outdoor events with more than 10,000.

Indoor events: Face masks are required for all attendees at indoor events, whether they are vaccinated or not and regardless of the size of the event. By order of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (PDF), all individuals at indoor events with 1,000 or more attendees will be required to show proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours.

Outdoor events: Face masks are required for all individuals at outdoor events with more than 10,000 attendees, except when they are actively eating or drinking. Starting Oct. 7, 2021, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health will require that operators of these mega-events verify the vaccination or negative test status of attendees.

For all other outdoor events, face masks are not required, but it is strongly recommended that attendees wear masks when they are in crowded settings and in sustained close contact with others whose vaccination status is not known.
